In order to set up as an online affiliate marketer, the a-z or whole process, I think you would need first of all to learn the basics!

1.Setting up a list and a follow up (automate emails that go to someone when they give their email address in exchange of you giving them a good gift/something valuable).

2.You would need to know how to make a capture/squeeze/landing page.It’s a page where you send the traffic and they see what you give them, so they will need to sign up with their email and also possible name.If you are a newbie and want done 4 you templates then I recommend a great service which is the cheapest and easiest for beginners called Online Sales Pro. 10 reasons why very few people succeed in affiliate marketing or why people don't succeed in the internet marketing niche?

Well even if there are a lot of reasons why very few people succeed in affiliate marketing I think the main reasons are:

1.Don’t have the right mindset!

Here many people are just looking at failures or obstacles like something bad and go to the next shiny object! When you want to start an online business you need to know that you need to get out of your comfort zone and test! And learn from mistakes and failures, don’t think that when you first do something it’s perfect.Almost every time there is something to upgrade!

2.Know your numbers:

Always be specific and measure what are you doing and your investments and ROI(Return On Investments).And what traffic source worked the best and scale it up!Also test your funnels and follow up and improve . When you know your conversion rate then it’s easy to see how much you can afford to invest in order to have profit!

Let’s take an example!Let’s say that you know your conversion rate is 1%.(This is a low one, but for our example only)

Now let’s say we buy 300 clicks and spend $1/click. Now let’s say that if we have a good traffic source and capture page we get 100 people that joins our list.

From this 100 people that sees our offers let’s say 1 is interested in the offer and buys the product you recommend!

now let’s say you recommend low ticket products (then maybe you will have better conversions), you in theory will be on minus(but you will have the subscribers where you can send them offers from time to time).

What would be a better idea?

Promote something of more value and at a higher price,So we spend $300 and we make a sale of $1000 that is $700 profit and 100 people to our list!

Now we can scale it!Makes sense?Awesome! :)

3.People get overwhelmed:

A lot of people try to do everything by themselves and get overwhelmed.

You can automate a lot of your stuff! That’s the beauty of this business! :) If you want to learn how to automate your business I recommend to watch this masterclass.

4.Focus on to many things/strategies at a time:

Let’s take traffic for example.If you try all kind of traffic strategies and don’t get good at one you will suffer a lot.

Focus on a payed one and on a free one!After you master it learn and focus on a new one!

5.Promote many systems at once:

When you promote to many offers you can’t focus too much and is very hard to succeed like this.

6.Look for a push button solution:

Many try to earn money without work.Well , sorry to let you know that then you should change your niche!

7.Don’t go through the training:

I know it seems weird, but I was quite shocked to hear that a large number of people buy a product/ training and they don’t watch it or maybe just scan it.

8.Afraid to take action!

A lot of people don’t take action on what they know!

Take action my friend!Even if it’s imperfect!

9. Be Consistent!

Try to make a habit and after 90 days you would make it every day without any problem!

Focus on building your list every day and work on your business!

10. Have the right system and MENTOR!

This is also very important!WHY , usually at good system you get a lot of automation and the right mentor and community to get help and your questions answered!

What is the difference between drop shipping and affiliate marketing?

  To understand it easy the answer is:

1. Drop Shipping is selling physical products online on a website and whenever someone buys one of your items you order it from another website where you get it for a smaller price, ship it to your customer’s address and keep up the profit. 

You need to list the items, probably have some expenses monthly for selling on platforms like amazon ,….. or having your store on shopify for example.
     
       2. Affiliate marketing is promoting someone’s else product(most of the cases digital products) and they do all the fullfilment and they send you a commission on every sale or on an action on their website (signing to their list for example).

You just need to send traffic and if you master a good traffic strategy you will likely become successful!

It is very important if you do affiliate marketing to promote a good product or system and also get tools or training for the affiliates.

I recommend only to become an affiliate of a system you like and if possible are a member of it as well!You want to be honest and help people solve their problem/s.Don’t spam or just look for sales.

A quote says that in order to get anything you want in life first you need to help enough people to get what they want.
